about
Written and produced using a self-authored cybernetic system for improvisation and composition called The Vortex.
All sounds were recorded and manipulated on the spot using a microphone and whatever objects were available in the room at the time. These sounds passed through the system in realtime where they were warbled, processed and mangled in a complex network of feedback and granular sound processes.
The title of the piece refers to one of the funniest myths about Pythagoras: That he had the ability to talk to geographic entities.
